James joined Community Pharmacy England in 2001 and is a member of its Executive Leadership Team. He works with pharmacy owners and the 50 Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPCs) to promote the value of community pharmacy and support sector sustainability. He led a three-year programme transforming LPC representation and governance. A pharmacist since 2004, James has experience as a pharmacy owner, Superintendent Pharmacist, and CEO, and is a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

Janet Morrison joined Community Pharmacy England as CEO in March 2022. Community Pharmacy England promotes and supports all NHS community pharmacies in England and negotiates with DHSC and NHSE&I on their behalf on the contractual framework and related policy and regulatory issues.

Janet is an experienced leader in the public and not-for-profit sectors, working on strategy, national policy influencing and campaigning including in health and social care. She has held a number of other senior strategy and policy roles in public bodies and the BBC as well as several non-exec Chair roles.

Jay is elected on the Community Pharmacy England board as a Multiple Chemist Representative and regularly advices Senior Government on Pharmacy related matters.
As Executive Director at Day Lewis Plc, Jay leads the business alongside Rupa Patel and Sam Patel. He is responsible for Retail Strategy and Innovation. His vision is to essentially join up great people, with effective and professional processes, using robust technology to give patients the best possible experience and outcomes.

Liz joined NHS England as a Senior Professional Advisor in March 2022, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK from 2019 to 2022. She has held regional roles within Health Education England, including Associate Dean for Quality, Interim Pharmacy Dean, and Associate Head of Pharmacy. Liz has worked with the General Pharmaceutical Council as an Education Associate and held operational leadership roles across pharmacy sectors. She advises the UK Pharmacy Professional Leadership Advisory Board and the Department of Health Northern Ireland.

Awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in 2017, she recently completed an MBA. Luvjit has extensive experience across community, hospital, and industry pharmacy, including leadership roles at Community Pharmacy England, LPCs, and NHS Digital. Her work focuses on advancing pharmacy strategy, workforce development, innovation, and representing pharmacists’ interests within integrated local systems.

Olivier is an award-winning community pharmacist, independent prescriber, and pharmacy owner with over 25 years’ experience. Trained in France, where he obtained a PhD, he has spent most of his career in the UK. After six years as Pharmacy Area Manager at Moss Pharmacy, he founded Newdays Pharmacy Ltd. in 2006, which now operates four community pharmacies across Berkshire.

Olivier played a leading role in establishing one of the UK’s largest pharmacy-led Covid-19 vaccination centres. He has advocated for community pharmacy nationally for over a decade, regularly contributes to publications and broadcast media, engages with MPs on policy, and serves as Chair of the NPA.

Olivier won Pharmacy Business of the Year in 2022.

A vocal industry advocate, Patrick focuses on harnessing technology to support service provision and patient-centric care.
