For company representatives who request an invoice, payment must be made in full by Friday, April 3, 2026 (2 weeks before the conference date). Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking. Cancellation & Payment Policy All bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing this booking, you acknowledge that payment of £130 + VAT is due immediately. If payment has not yet been received, the full registration fee remains payable. Substitution Policy If a registered attendee cannot attend, they may substitute their place with another individual from the same company at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be sent in writing (via email) Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser for any reason, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. Attendees will be offered the following options: A full refund of any fees paid, or The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event date. Photography and Filming Consent The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image or video being used by Pharmacy Business for promotional or editorial purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
